Salesforce Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work formats are available.

Salary: EUR 1,625–2,750 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative platform features.
• Build custom objects, validation rules, record pages, permission models, and automation for licensing business processes.
• Develop reusable Apex services, triggers, asynchronous processes, platform utilities, and responsive Salesforce interfaces.
• Implement REST and SOAP integrations with external systems and contribute to data modeling, application design, and platform optimization.
• Configure Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Write unit tests, participate in code reviews and deployments, and collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and Salesforce specialists.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce Platform development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, triggers, asynchronous Apex, Salesforce Flow, and declarative automation.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components and working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, and the Salesforce security model.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, unit testing, code coverage, Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and Agile development.
• English at Intermediate level or above is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Commerce Cloud, Order Management, MuleSoft, or external ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Knowledge of Copado, DevOps Center, or enterprise integration patterns.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder.
