What you will do
- Lead and mentor a Payment Specialist while overseeing daily payment execution and operational quality.
- Document end-to-end payment procedures and maintain internal payment and treasury policies, SLAs, approval flows, and escalation protocols.
- Build and maintain scalable cash-flow models, weekly liquidity updates, intercompany payment schemes, and capital buffers.
- Manage onboarding and relationships with banks, EMIs, and PSPs, including commercial negotiations and provider performance.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Customer Billing teams on KYC/KYB reviews, regulatory requirements, and incoming payment integrity.
- Optimize banking and processing fees and implement strategies to mitigate FX and cryptocurrency market risks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of treasury or payments experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or iGaming.
- 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or senior operational role.
- Strong knowledge of global banking networks, SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments, cryptocurrency, EMI structures, and PSP integrations.
- Experience creating corporate payment policies, SLAs, operational documentation, cash-flow models, and forecasting frameworks.
- Practical knowledge of foreign exchange risk management and cryptocurrency volatility.
- Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
