What you will do
- Support risk management activities across multiple risk categories including credit, market, liquidity, and operational risk
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting risk-related matters and maintaining risk registers and controls
- Support internal audit and follow-up activities
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support risk assessments
- Gather and transform risk-related data into structured insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and back-office teams
Requirements
- Based in Berlin
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in economics, business administration, or quantitative/tech-related field
- Strong analytical skills and interest in risk management
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with good communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity or willingness to learn tools like Atlassian, Google Suite, SQL, Python, and AI tools
