Senior Manager, Architecture & Engineering Design

What you will do

• Direct architectural and engineering design documentation for Universal United Kingdom Resort projects.
• Coordinate outside design firms, vendors, project partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Develop and review facility program inputs, design drawings, exhibits, and specifications to ensure creative intent and development criteria are met.
• Define front-of-house and back-of-house program requirements with business, operations, and creative teams.
• Support architecture and engineering requests for proposals, vendor selection, proposal analysis, negotiations, and scope changes.
• Review project progress reports, address trends and changes, and prepare teams for transition to project development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience coordinating architectural and engineering vendors and multidisciplinary project stakeholders.
• Ability to manage facility programming, design documentation, proposals, agreements, and project transitions.
• Ability to participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities and follow established policies and procedures.
