What you will do

• Analyze technical problems and provide timely, effective solutions for clients.
• Test, modify, automate, and integrate infrastructure systems.
• Contribute to long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.
• Document and diagram work for seamless hand-off and system transparency.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience: 0-6 months of providing IT support.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to optimize workflows and address technical issues.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
