Data Manager (Data Scientist, Data Engineer) (AI)

What you will do

• Lead data-enabled initiatives across data management, analytics, insights, AI, and machine learning.
• Supervise data and information systems, ensuring the accuracy, adequacy, legitimacy, usability, and availability of data products.
• Establish and oversee data governance, policies, visions, and strategies across functions and business units.
• Oversee data pipelines, business intelligence, reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc data support.
• Manage the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including automated model training, evaluation, deployment, and inference at scale.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for model health, data drift, and production performance degradation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information technology, economics, statistics, applied mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a senior-level data management role and demonstrated end-to-end data solution delivery experience.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and communicating complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or DVC, plus CI/CD pipelines for machine learning automation.
• Strong understanding of GCP or AWS cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code for ML production environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese, together with leadership, analytical, problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and team-management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in the mobile, music, or game industry.
• Knowledge of modern data stacks, including GCP, AWS, and MLOps.
• Experience designing initiatives and leading an organization’s data strategy.
• Passion for music and musical activities.
