Data Analyst

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia. Work options: onsite, fully remote, or hybrid.

What you will do

• Analyze and profile data sources, including structure, quality, completeness, and refresh frequency.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design logical data mart structures, including attributes, granularity, and metric calculation rules.
• Create source-to-data-mart mappings and document transformation business logic.
• Prepare Greenplum SQL queries and data mart prototypes for Data Engineers.
• Validate development results and reconcile data with source systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, window functions, and large datasets.
• Experience with Greenplum, distributed architecture, distribution keys, and partitioning.
• Experience with Data Warehouses and data modeling principles, including Data Vault, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema.
• Ability to read source-system documentation and communicate with data owners.
• Intermediate English or higher and strong technical specification writing skills.
