Data Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Data Analyst (SQL/Tableau): Building operational reporting, dashboards, and automated data workflows for an auto and motorcycle lending business with an accent on stakeholder analytics, data marts, and reporting reliability. Focus on designing scalable reporting systems, automating recurring analysis with Python, and explaining trends and anomalies across Product, Marketing, and Operations.

Location: Hybrid in Kazakhstan, Georgia, or Kyrgyzstan, with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 19:00 Manila time (UTC+8). Relocation to Manila is supported, including visas, paperwork, flights, accommodation, and logistics.

What you will do

• Support Product, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders with data slices, trend analysis, and clear answers.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and recurring reports for key Auto/Moto metrics.
• Write SQL queries and develop data marts in Databricks.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests and investigate anomalies in operational data.
• Standardize metrics, automate manual reporting processes, and improve data reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify data needs and align on metrics and data structures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Ability to build and maintain Tableau dashboards independently.
• Python and pandas experience for report automation.
• Ability to work independently, break down tasks, ask relevant questions, and deliver clear results.
• Working English is required for stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience building reporting systems from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
