Senior Product Designer (Design Systems)

What you will do

• Build new design-system components and refine existing ones for edge cases, accessibility, and multi-brand applications.
• Maintain and organize Figma libraries, including component architecture, variants, auto-layout, and variables.
• Create documentation and usage guidelines that support consistent implementation across design teams.
• Work with design tokens and Figma variables to support theming, multi-brand needs, and scalable maintenance.
• Bridge the core design system with product-area extensions and collaborate with engineering on design-to-code alignment.
• Manage priorities independently, communicate progress and blockers proactively, and maintain high craft standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, including meaningful experience contributing to design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating design-system work, such as components, documentation, or systematic design patterns.
• Strong Figma skills, including component architecture, variants, auto-layout, and variables.
• Experience with design tokens and a solid understanding of typography, spacing, color, and interaction patterns.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and strong written documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field, with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Understanding of CSS and React component APIs, plus design-to-code workflows.
• Experience with design-system versioning, contribution workflows, multi-brand systems, or white-label products.
• Familiarity with Storybook, Zeroheight, or other design-system tooling.
• Experience with distributed or fully remote teams and content-heavy products.
• AI tooling proficiency for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
