Solution Engineer (Korean Speaking)

What you will do

• Work with Sales to qualify and prioritize commercial opportunities in Korea.
• Lead end-to-end presales activities, including discovery, value propositions, contextualized demos, RFX responses, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Design tailored solutions and architectures for secure on-premises, hybrid, and public-cloud hirify.global implementations.
• Address customer questions about technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
• Develop automation solutions for multiple industry verticals and support customer adoption through solution evangelism.
• Share knowledge, contribute to marketing and industry events, collaborate with Product teams, and provide feedback during release cycles.

Requirements

• Client-facing experience in presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture.
• Balanced technical, business, and sales skills, with strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies such as LLMs and agents.
• Solid understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Fluent English and Korean required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, solution-selling mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
