TL;DR
Sr. Solutions Architect (AI/HPC): Designing end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise and federal customers with an accent on HPC, cloud, AI/ML, security, and performance requirements. Focus on architecting large-scale systems, leading RFI/RFP responses, and translating complex customer missions into feasible solutions across software, hardware, and networking.
Location: Hybrid in South Korea, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do; travel to client sites as needed.

What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers in HPC, cloud, and AI/ML solutions within secure and regulated enterprise environments.
- Partner with sales to identify, qualify, architect, and close opportunities with agencies, prime contractors, and integrators.
- Lead technical responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other procurement processes.
- Translate customer mission, security, and performance requirements into end-to-end solution architectures.
- Deliver technical presentations, architecture reviews, and solution briefings for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure solutions are feasible, differentiated, and deliverable.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales technical role such as Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Hands-on experience designing complex, large-scale enterprise systems in AI/ML, HPC, big data, or enterprise software.
- Strong presentation, whiteboarding, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent architecture projects in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong understanding of software, hardware, and networking in modern data centers.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of AI/HPC architectures, Linux clusters, and data center infrastructure.
- Familiarity with file systems and software-defined storage, including Lustre, Gluster, GPFS/ESS, VAST, WekaIO, CEPH, SWIFT, and Cinder.
