Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not provided.

What you will do

• Create and deliver impactful hirify.global League events for students worldwide.
• Support global partners with tools, assets, and guidance for local event experiences.
• Develop the hirify.global League event experience framework, partner playbook, and execution assets.
• Help plan and execute the hirify.global League global championship.
• Manage deliverables against agreed milestones and budgets.
• Build memorable student experiences that showcase the hirify.global Education brand.

Requirements

• Experience organizing events.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Understanding of marketing and brand experiences.
• Calm decision-making and creative problem-solving in changing situations.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
• Ability to collaborate with international partners and across cultures.

Nice to have

• Vendor management experience.
• Project and budget management experience.
• Experience with FIRST hirify.global League events.
