Event Manager (Global Marketing)

What you will do

• Plan and execute global physical and digital events, product launches, and marketing experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships, leadership, regional teams, and external partners.
• Advise local markets and maintain the local events calendar.
• Develop reusable event toolkits, creative concepts, visual assets, activation plans, merchandise, and planning templates.
• Identify event trends and best practices, recommend improvements, and support an Event Center of Excellence.
• Track event KPIs and report on performance, business impact, and ROI.

Requirements

• International marketing experience, including management of large-scale events.
• Strong commercial understanding of how industry events support brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills across regions and cultures.
• Strong project management experience and the ability to lead complex initiatives independently.
• Structured, proactive, and creative approach to process improvement, problem-solving, change management, and marketing activation.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
