Senior Power Platform Developer (Power Platform)

Location: Hybrid, 60% office-based and 40% home-based, from offices in Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham, or Yeading/Uxbridge, UK

Salary: £44,241–£58,997 per year, plus a 28.97% employer pension contribution. Yeading/Uxbridge-based candidates may receive an additional £4,000 London Weighting.

What you will do

• Develop and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions.
• Work with technical teams to deliver user-focused services in an agile environment.
• Provide user support and manage stakeholder communications.
• Coach and mentor software developers and test engineers.
• Apply modern development standards, service support practices, and systems design principles.

Requirements

• Experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse.
• Development experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, Dynamics plugins, Power Fx, PowerShell, ALM pipelines, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience delivering user-focused services with technical teams in an agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and user support skills.
• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance, including having lived in the UK for at least the last five years without leaving for 30 days or more at one time.
