What you will do

• Build and lead a software engineering team focused on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the development, support, and lifecycle management of core in-house and third-party applications.
• Lead planning, design, deployment, and maintenance across the full software development lifecycle.
• Manage application partners, contractual obligations, requirements, and strategic integrations.
• Define KPIs and SLAs for software quality, availability, and performance.
• Manage hiring, resource allocation, performance reviews, code reviews, and professional development.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
• Proven experience building and leading software engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing software solutions, including design patterns.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• Proficiency in .NET, Azure, messaging, SQL databases, and caching solutions.
• Valid driving licence required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and vendor management skills.
