Accountant (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage accounting activities for four entities within a five-entity group.
• Process and record accounts payable invoices from Yooz into NetSuite, and prepare intercompany invoices.
• Record bank transactions from Agicap in NetSuite, prepare payments under Finance Director supervision, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Monitor the cash position, act as the day-to-day banking contact, and record monthly payroll and tax entries.
• Participate in year-end audits and support compliance with statutory requirements.
• Improve finance processes and tools while supporting analysts, executives, auditors, banks, tax authorities, and external finance providers.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills, curiosity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with rigour and attention to detail.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidential financial and business information.
• Experience or ability to work with NetSuite, Yooz, and Agicap for accounting and finance operations.
