What you will do
- Manage month-end close activities, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids, and accruals.
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Process payroll and record general ledger entries for US and foreign subsidiaries.
- Own the full accounting cycle for subsidiaries and collaborate with HR on benefits and compensation.
- Support the annual financial audit and corporate tax filing.
- Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a technology company and a fast-moving environment.
- Professional experience with accounting and payroll.
- Excellent skills using NetSuite.
- Familiarity with Expensify, Paylocity, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high standard of work ethic.
