Junior HR Generalist (AI)

Location: Paris, France, supporting the Paris, Annecy, and Barcelona studios, as well as remote employees across France and Spain.

What you will do

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across France, Spain, and remote employees.
• Support performance reviews and maintain HR tools, records, and benefits administration.
• Handle day-to-day employee requests and escalate policy-related matters when needed.
• Coordinate with schools and universities and represent hirify.global at hiring events.
• Manage office operations, workplace requests, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Contribute to engagement, well-being, inclusion, and HR workflow automation initiatives, including AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• Interest in learning across recruiting, HR operations, and people-related topics.
• Organized, reliable, curious, and motivated to improve processes.
• Comfortable using AI tools and adopting new technologies quickly.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Based in Paris, France.
