Technical Services Consultant (ERP)

Location: On-site in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Applicants must be Canadian citizens eligible for Government of Canada Security Clearance level Secret (Level I).

Salary: CAD 65,000–105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Develop and maintain reports and data outputs for business needs.
• Build and support system interfaces, APIs, and data exchanges.
• Work with ERP data structures during implementations and ongoing enhancements.
• Validate and reconcile data, and troubleshoot reporting, data, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on requirements and solution delivery.

Requirements

• Experience with ERP systems and related data structures.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and ETL processes.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience developing reports with BIRT, SSRS, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Canadian citizenship, eligibility for Secret (Level I) Government of Canada Security Clearance, and bilingual English and French proficiency are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard and data visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in collaborative teams.
