What you will do

• Investigate and resolve system stability issues, including runtime errors and remote access problems.
• Fix functional defects across core ERP processes such as goods receipt, sales flows, and access rights.
• Adjust tax calculation logic to ensure compliance with local fiscal requirements.
• Localize and optimize reporting by designing accurate management reports.
• Configure and enhance CRM functionality, including opportunity pipelines and proposal generation.
• Design and implement integrations with banking systems and fiscal services.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with 1C ERP solutions.
• Working level English for documentation and communication.
• Strong development skills in 1C BSL and Data Composition System (SKD).
• Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, or file-based approaches.
• Understanding of client-server environments and RDP-based system access.
• Experience configuring access rights and subsystems.

Nice to have

• Upper intermediate English proficiency.
• Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
• Understanding of Brazilian tax and fiscal requirements (ICMS, NF-e, SPED).
• Experience with CRM configuration and multi-entity accounting systems.
