Principal Customer Success Engineer (Data Security)

What you will do

• Lead executive-facing engagements with major enterprise customers and build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Chief Data Officers, and risk and compliance leaders.
• Guide customers through Data Security Posture Management and broader data security strategy, operating models, adoption, maturity, and value realization.
• Own customer program success, strategic roadmaps, governance, risk management, executive communications, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Orchestrate Customer Success Engineering, Managed Services, Deployment, Professional Services, Support, Product, R&D, and Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand data security programs, support renewals and account growth, and communicate customer requirements to Product Management and R&D.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading enterprise security, data, risk, transformation, or technology programs in large regulated organizations.
• Strong understanding of data security, DSPM, data governance, data risk management, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders in complex enterprise environments, ideally in financial services.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional programs and coordinate multiple teams toward shared outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
