Dayforce Data Conversion Consultant

Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Chile, or Colombia; collaboration with a U.S.-based team during Eastern Time business hours when needed.

hirify.global is facilitating a short-term consulting engagement supporting Imperial Cleaning, a U.S.-based facilities services company implementing Dayforce as its HRIS.

What you will do

• Convert employee and payroll data from iSolved into Dayforce import templates.
• Review HRIS exports and transform data into the required Dayforce format.
• Validate data mappings and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll stakeholders to clarify data requirements.
• Deliver completed Dayforce templates ready for import and review.
• Communicate progress, questions, and potential data issues throughout the engagement.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with at least one full Dayforce implementation.
• Experience with Dayforce data import templates and HRIS data migration.
• Experience converting and mapping employee and payroll data between HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll data structures.
• Excellent attention to detail, independent working ability, and strong English communication skills.
• Availability to collaborate during Eastern Time business hours when needed.
