What you will do

• Complete a 12-month immersive training experience in the hirify.global On Premise business.
• Build long-term relationships with existing accounts and create partnerships with industry influencers.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and support distribution, visibility, and execution across the territory.
• Manage multiple accounts and implement regional on-premise sales and marketing strategies.
• Analyze sales data to develop plans for customers and the territory.
• Set up coolers, infrastructure, and point-of-sale materials while representing the brand in customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Previous CPG or sales experience through work experience or internships.
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing, sales, or self-employment.
• Proficiency with standard and customized Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; travel of 20–30% is required.
