What you will do

• Develop and deliver initiatives supporthirify.global the mortgages retention strategy.
• Analyse portfolio, customer, and market data to identify opportunities that improve profitability, customer outcomes, retention, and growth.
• Partner with Markethirify.global, Digital, Credit Risk, and Customer Interactions stakeholders to deliver propositions and customer journeys.
• Drive improvements to customer, broker, and operational experiences.
• Lead digitisation initiatives from business-case development through delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in product management within mortgages, retention, or in-life portfolio management.
• Strong commercial acumen across prichirify.global, customer retention, portfolio performance, and margin optimisation.
• Strategic and data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influenchirify.global, direction-setthirify.global, and execution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage ambiguity, balance compethirify.global priorities, and build sustainable high performance.
