Staff User Experience Researcher (Field Enablement)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $179,900–$269,900 USD annually for Zone 1 US locations; $168,200–$252,200 USD annually for other US locations. Total compensation also includes an annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Conduct high-value generative and evaluative research for major product initiatives.
• Build expertise on users, problems, and the competitive landscape across 4–6 product areas.
• Own and prioritize a multi-quarter research backlog aligned with product and XD strategies.
• Lead research critiques and establish quality standards, feedback loops, and team rituals.
• Partner with senior product managers, XD leaders, Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing Insights to shape roadmaps, metrics, and experiment plans.
• Develop research programs, mentor researchers, support hiring and talent evaluation, and deliver compelling narratives to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX Research experience leading strategic research programs across multiple product areas.
• Experience developing mixed-methods research strategies with data and analytics teams.
• Expertise in selecting and applying appropriate research methodologies.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating actionable research deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to present complex findings as clear strategic choices and actions for senior stakeholders.
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
