Sort Engineer Assistant Manager

What you will do

• Manage the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of DWS machines and cold chain equipment.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance, power consumption, and operational efficiency.
• Support temperature compliance and cold chain system integrity.
• Lead or support technical improvement projects focused on equipment performance and energy optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical support and training, and ensure compliance with safety and engineering guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of refrigeration systems, temperature control, and energy management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with DWS systems or cold chain equipment is highly preferred.
