Product Engineer

Location: Onsite in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia; willing to work in Cikarang–Bekasi

What you will do

• Coordinate with other departments to support product piloting and establish methods suitable for mass production.
• Collaborate with the team to determine effective pack-out methods within the allocated budget.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on all product development activities.
• Release and maintain internal documents, including parts lists and product specifications.
• Monitor weekly test results to help maintain production quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant in a comparable position.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, equipment maintenance, and safety.
• Advanced knowledge of product development.
• Proactive, open-minded, and able to solve problems while working effectively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; willingness to work in Cikarang–Bekasi is required.
