What you will do

• Support medical claims, billing, accounts receivable follow-up, appeals, coding, utilization management, and clinical documentation improvement.
• Manage patient access activities, including authorizations and insurance verification.
• Handle provider enrollment, cash management, credit management, and patient resolution processes.
• Train and develop staff across revenue cycle, authorization, provider enrollment, contact center, and medical coding functions.
• Support quality analysis, operations supervision and management, recruitment, technical leadership, data engineering, and full-stack software development.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, BPO, or shared services is relevant.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clinical and coding roles may require relevant certifications such as CPC, CCS, CIC, or RN.
