GTM Chief of Staff (AI)

Location: Remote, UAE; candidates must be based in Singapore and work in the same time zone as the team

What you will do

• Partner with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning.
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the Middle East team.
• Support complex deal execution and participate in customer meetings and AE interviews.
• Manage complex calendars, cross-time-zone coordination, and regional projects.
• Maintain process alignment, follow up on commitments, and resolve operational problems before escalation.
• Use AI tools to automate workflows and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Requirements

• Based in Singapore and aligned with the team’s time zone.
• Prior experience in consulting, investment or private banking, revenue operations, or a high-growth startup GTM environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, ownership, structure, practicality, and commercial instincts.
• Comfort working with customers, spreadsheets, and Salesforce dashboards.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

• Arabic proficiency.
