Staff Security Engineer (Customer Support and Integrity)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $193,800–$285,000 USD annually, plus equity opportunities

What you will do

• Establish the vision, strategy, success metrics, and roadmap for Customer Support and Integrity Security.
• Design and operationalize security controls for internal and third-party support populations, tooling, and workflows.
• Partner with Customer Support and Integrity, Engineering, Product, Enterprise Security, GRC, and related organizations.
• Perform security testing and validation of support teams, processes, and systems, identifying gaps and remediation plans.
• Build operating mechanisms, governance frameworks, escalation models, and measurable risk-management programs.
• Act as the primary security partner for the Customer Support and Integrity organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise, corporate, or infrastructure security engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions at scale for support and sales populations, including call centers and business process outsourcers.
• Strong knowledge of security engineering, system architecture, scalability, reliability, and security-focused code and design analysis.
• Hands-on experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python and Java; Golang experience is a plus.
• Strong experience with Terraform, IAM platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace, and Google Chrome Enterprise Premium.
• Expertise with cloud infrastructure and management in GCP and AWS, plus experience in access management, abuse prevention, incident management, or platform risk.

• Experience with Golang.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, or workflow tooling to improve operational scale and resilience.
