ODCR Business Partner (Risk Management)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify, assess, monitor, and manage non-financial risks.
• Facilitate risk and control self-assessments and maintain business risk profiles.
• Advise on operational, regulatory, and compliance risks, includhirify.global Risk in Change activities.
• Support product approvals, process reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory change responses.
• Drive remediation and support investigations into incidents, issues, and emerghirify.global risks.
• Collaborate across the First, Second, and Third Lines of Defence and deliver risk trainhirify.global and capability initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial services or retail bankhirify.global.
• Experience in a Non-Financial Risk or Compliance role within the First, Second, or Third Line of Defence.
• Strong understandhirify.global of operational, regulatory, and compliance risk management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, influenchirify.global, analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, and critical-thinkhirify.global skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Risk and Control experience supporthirify.global Operations or Support Functions such as HR or Finance.
