Communications Senior Associate

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid

Salary: $74,000–$92,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Support communications and public affairs strategies for marketing, Responsible Gaming, and Community Impact initiatives.
• Plan and manage internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, town halls, leadership communications, speeches, and talking points.
• Draft and edit announcements, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, messaging documents, briefing notes, and other communications materials.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Responsible Gaming, Government Relations, and Commercial teams on internal and external narratives.
• Support Responsible Gaming and Community Impact partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and communications across owned, earned, and internal channels.
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests while monitoring industry trends, regulatory developments, and media coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience.
• Professional experience in communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Existing media relationships and proven experience working with the press.
• Ability to adapt communications for different audiences across multiple channels and mediums.

Nice to have

• Experience in Community Impact, Responsible Gaming, Government Affairs, or Corporate Social Responsibility.
