Senior Manager, Media Engagement (Contract Employee)

Location: United States; fully remote work is also possible.

Compensation: $7,500–$8,000 per month, paid semi-monthly.

hirify.global is a nonprofit organization that develops social impact campaigns with partners in advertising, media, marketing, and technology.

What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with media accounts, including senior-level contacts.
• Secure, track, optimize, and evaluate donated media support for social impact campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategic 360-degree media partnerships and engagement strategies.
• Prospect new opportunities across streaming audio, OTT, video platforms, gaming companies, and retail media networks.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute partnerships and maximize campaign impact.
• Represent the media team at industry events, mentor junior staff, and maintain Salesforce and internal reporting systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional sales, marketing, or agency experience, including strategic partnerships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the media and advertising industries.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage complex assignments, and operate with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software, including Salesforce and Smartsheet.
