What you will do

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications.
• Analyze product features, define test parameters, and create customized quality checks.
• Perform hands-on manual and exploratory testing for software releases.
• Identify, document, and drive resolution of software defects.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and perform regression testing to validate fixes.
• Write test reports documenting actual test results and collaborate with Test Leads, developers, and QA professionals.

Requirements

• Experience with manual software testing and application quality assurance.
• Ability to create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, collaboration, and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required on the first day.
