What you will do

- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints.
- Provide professional support for customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
- Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
