Senior Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, US only

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead customer deployments from discovery and architecture through configuration, integration, testing, and production go-live.
• Configure integrations with AWS, Azure, GCP, enterprise identity providers, and DevOps toolchains.
• Own the technical relationship for assigned accounts, driving adoption, use-case expansion, technical health, and renewal support.
• Manage technical escalations, coordinate with Support and Engineering, and maintain clear customer communication.
• Deliver customer training and create deployment runbooks, knowledge base articles, videos, and best-practice guides.
• Capture product feedback, reproduce issues, and champion enhancement requests through Jira.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical post-sales role at a B2B software company.
• Hands-on ownership of enterprise software deployments, including scoping, configuration, integration, go-live, and handoff.
• IAM and PAM experience across cloud and on-premises environments, with knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP IAM services.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity.
• Practical Python and/or Bash/PowerShell scripting, REST APIs, JSON, CLI tooling, and SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting, client communication, project management, and multitasking skills; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tooling.
• Secrets management, SIEM, observability, Zero Trust, or security compliance experience.
• Experience with implementation partners, project management tools, or relevant cloud and security certifications.
• Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage technology company.
