What you will do

• Engage with at-risk customer accounts to prevent churn and improve retention.
• Drive product adoption and help customers realize value from the security platform.
• Onboard new clients and support deployment.
• Debug and resolve technical workflow issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
• Deliver training sessions for customer teams.
• Share customer insights with the product team.

Requirements

• Middle or senior-level experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to debug and investigate workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, execution-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English required.
