What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft Teams bot applications and integrations.
• Build real-time audio and video streaming features focused on low latency, reliability, and media quality.
• Develop Windows-based services and applications using C# and .NET.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized applications in Kubernetes.
• Integrate Microsoft APIs, SDKs, authentication systems, and cloud services.
• Diagnose production media and application issues using codecs, synchronization, buffering, packet loss analysis, logs, metrics, traces, and media diagnostics.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with C#/.NET, asynchronous or concurrent programming, multithreading, memory management, performance profiling, and debugging.
• Professional experience developing software for Windows.
• Hands-on experience with real-time audio and video streaming systems and related concepts such as codecs, latency, buffering, synchronization, and network transport.
• Production experience deploying and troubleshooting containerized applications with Kubernetes, including networking, configuration, resource usage, scaling, and application failures.
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, event-driven systems, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and strong written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience developing Microsoft Teams apps, bots, calling solutions, or meeting integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, Azure Bot Service, Teams SDKs, Azure services, Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and application permissions.
• Experience with WebRTC, RTP/RTCP, SRTP, SIP, FFmpeg, GStreamer, Media Foundation, COM interoperability, or Windows audio/video APIs.
• Experience with Helm, Kubernetes operators, ingress controllers, observability platforms, or production real-time communications software.
