Senior Solutions Architect - East (Professional Services)

Location: Remote within the United States; must be located in the Eastern Time Zone. Travel up to 15% of the time.

Salary: Up to $195,000 base salary plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of hirify.global Images across customer organizations.
• Partner with account executives, solutions engineers, customer success managers, and Support to understand customer needs and drive account strategies, value realization, and retention.
• Test and document hirify.global Images as “customer zero” to support high-quality products and smooth onboarding.
• Work with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
• Maintain account-level architecture and share implementation best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with, teach, and learn from cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a post-sales client-support role.
• 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
• Experience with software development processes, engineering practices, and software design concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
