SAP MM / BPO Functional Analyst (AMS) (SAP MM/Procure-to-Pay): Supporting and optimizing SAP MM procure-to-pay processes in ECC and S/4HANA environments with an accent on AMS incident management, functional analysis, integrations, and BPO process alignment. Focus on validating configurations and FI/CO integration, coordinating ABAP and SAP ecosystem teams, and ensuring reliable testing, releases, documentation, and SLA compliance.

What you will do
- Analyze and resolve SAP MM functional incidents, requests, and minor enhancements within an AMS model.
- Support purchasing, procurement, inventory, goods receipt, valuation, logistics movements, and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Monitor integrations between SAP MM and external systems through IDocs, EDI, RFC, OData, and APIs.
- Validate SAP MM configuration, FI/CO integration, process flows, root causes, operational risks, and business impacts.
- Coordinate with ABAP, PO/CPI, Basis, FI/CO, LE, WM/EWM, and PP teams to deliver and close functional actions.
- Support SIT/UAT, regression testing, deployments, cutover, hypercare, documentation, audits, and continuous AMS improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience focused on SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay processes in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Previous experience providing SAP functional support within an AMS model.
- Strong understanding of operational and logistics processes from a business process owner perspective.
- Basic English required; intermediate English is desirable for documentation review and user interaction.
