Senior IT Business Consultant - SAP MM

Location: Brazil; hybrid work with 3 days on-site. The successful candidate may be based at any hirify.global site in Brazil, including São Paulo, Suzano, Jacareí, Belo Horizonte, Rio das Ostras, Vitória da Conquista, or Ananindeua. Preferred locations are São Paulo, Suzano, and Jacareí.

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into functional SAP MM solutions, system requirements, enhancements, and change requests.
• Deliver global IT services for Procurement and Material Management, including projects, enhancements, and application support.
• Configure SAP MM and related modules while documenting solutions and supporting end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.
• Define project scope, support cost estimation, coordinate resources, and align initiatives with global stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions that increase efficiency and support innovation.
• Develop user training materials, handle tickets, and monitor service quality against SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP and end-to-end application environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP MM, Inventory Management, and strategic and operational Procurement processes.
• Experience working in global environments and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English required for collaboration in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
