What you will do

• Translate business needs into functional SAP MM solutions, defining system requirements, enhancements, and change requests.
• Manage and deliver global IT services for Procurement and Material Management, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Configure SAP MM and related modules while maintaining comprehensive end-to-end Source-to-Pay process documentation.
• Define project scope, support cost estimation, and coordinate resources for global IT initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop user training materials and ensure high-quality support through effective ticket handling and monitoring.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP and end-to-end application environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP MM, Inventory Management, and Strategic/Operational Procurement processes.
• Experience working in global environments and within cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency is required for collaboration in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo or Suzano, Brazil to comply with the hybrid work model.
