Billing Associate (III) - Spanish Speaker

What you will do

• Manage service orders from acceptance and processing through order changes and cancellations.
• Set up order criteria and maintain order booking records.
• Manage invoice preferences, validate revenue recognition criteria, and trigger invoices in the system.
• Reconcile order and revenue data monthly and provide corrections or clarifications.
• Maintain archives and records according to company policies.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Warsaw, Poland is required.
• Spoken and written English and Spanish are required.
• Ability to collaborate with business teams and communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to handle ambiguous data and demonstrate strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Strong accountability, dedication, urgency, and commitment to excellent service.
