Production Operator (80-100%)

What you will do

• Operate process equipment and injection molding machinery to produce components and finished parts.
• Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and repairs, including fitting simple replacement parts.
• Carry out equipment and tool maintenance, programming activities, troubleshooting, and issue reporting.
• Maintain detailed records of machine setups, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Track approved units, defective units, and final products according to hirify.global processes and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience working with injection molding machines.
• Experience packaging and assembling semi-finished parts.
• Good communication skills in German.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Ability to fulfill all local hirify.global employment requirements and processes in Switzerland.
