Supervisor Sterile Production 80-100% (Aseptic Fill & Finish)

Location: Fully site-based in Stein, AG, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support operators and line mechanics in an autonomous production team.
• Drive safe, compliant, and efficient vial filling and lyophilisation operations in line with GMP standards.
• Coordinate priorities and resolve operational challenges with Engineering, Supply Chain, MSAT, Quality, and Manufacturing stakeholders.
• Support deviation management, investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Combine a visible manufacturing-floor presence with production planning and team development responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and fast-paced production environments.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German is required.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, or strong hands-on experience in aseptic fill and finish operations with readiness to move into leadership.
• Experience with vial filling and lyophilisation processes is strongly advantageous.
• A scientific degree is beneficial but not required.
