What you will do

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical and disciplinary leadership.
• Contribute to defining and implementing departmental strategy and representing the engineering function externally.
• Oversee project execution and tendering activities to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Several years of engineering experience with strong expertise in plant engineering and project execution.
• Proven experience managing diverse organizational functions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Ability to evaluate complex operational scenarios and apply advanced problem-solving methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and market dynamics.
• English: C1 proficiency required for communication.
