What you will do

• Manufacture biopharmaceutical products ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
• Execute production operations, including detailed documentation and process-related calculations.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve process deviations to support continuous manufacturing excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, quality, and engineering.
• Maintain accurate production records and support regulatory and quality standards.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Education in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of cGMP principles and quality-focused manufacturing practices.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including 4-shift operations.
