Client Success Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Permanent work from home with a required schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Pacific Time, Los Angeles time, including a one-hour unpaid break.

What you will do

• Guide new clients through onboarding and product training.
• Build relationships, provide proactive support, and address client concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Monitor product adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with the CEO and support teams to improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Experience in client success, account management, onboarding, or customer support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional client communication.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort using CRMs, support tools, and virtual communication platforms.
• Availability for the required Pacific Time schedule.

Nice to have

• Three to five years of client success experience.
• Proficiency in Asana.
• Healthcare or clinical experience.
• Sales or onboarding experience.
• Multilingual capabilities.
