What you will do
- Manage advertiser and agency relationships across assigned affiliate accounts.
- Generate performance reports, analyse results, and provide accurate recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies, roadmaps, and ideas to grow affiliate revenue and activity.
- Optimise existing publisher relationships and recruit new publisher opportunities.
- Produce competitor benchmarks, identify industry opportunities, and advise clients on trends.
- Keep clients informed about technology, tracking, and campaign optimisation opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of account management experience in a relevant digital marketing role.
- Knowledge of MS Office packages and confidence working with numbers and performance data.
- Professional client and team relationship-building skills, including networking.
- Strong communication, organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership, accept accountability, and identify opportunities and risks.
