Affiliate Manager (Prop Trading)

Location: Remote with CET-aligned working hours

Salary: $3,500–$4,000 monthly gross

What you will do

• Build and grow an affiliate portfolio across priority regions and partner segments.
• Source, qualify, onboard, activate, and review affiliate partners based on audience fit, traffic quality, commercial potential, and brand suitability.
• Negotiate commissions, fees, placements, deliverables, tracking requirements, and renewal terms.
• Set up and verify attribution, links, promo codes, reporting access, and partner performance data.
• Reconcile affiliate activity with internal traffic, sales, and commission data alongside Analytics & Data and Finance.
• Establish repeatable pipeline, onboarding, compliance, performance-review, and content-governance processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships roles, with end-to-end ownership of sourcing and negotiation.
• Fluent professional English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong AI proficiency, including experience using or building small automations for outreach, tracking, or reporting.
• Working knowledge of Docusign, Calendly, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack, or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of affiliate and partnership contract terms, with sound judgment about when Legal or Finance input is needed.
• Strong organization, negotiation, discretion, follow-through, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Advanced experience with AI integrations, workflow automation, and attribution or tracking tools.
