Senior MU Project Manager (Logistics)

Location: Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy; willingness to travel nationally and internationally for approximately 30% of the time.

Base pay range: 49,125–72,050.

What you will do

• Lead individual projects with responsibility for budget, schedule, quality, and environmental health and safety.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams to deliver within agreed timelines, specifications, and cost frameworks.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contracts, changes, claims, schedules, risks, and project status reporting.
• Control project costs and cash flow, including accurate forecasts of over- and underspending.
• Coordinate equipment, product, and service specifications and procurement with relevant departments.

Requirements

• University degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a logistics specialization, or a comparable qualification.
• Project experience with strong awareness of cost, time, and quality.
• Experience working in live environments and coordinating break-in activities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, conflict-management, and assertiveness skills.
• Good written and spoken English and the local language are required.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for approximately 30% of the time and possession of a driving license are required.
